NayaSushi on Wheels started with a dream, a kitchen, and a whole lot of heart. Founded by Natalie Rojas, a Dominican-American mom from Perth Amboy with zero restaurant experience — just passion and hustle — this food truck was built from the ground up to bring real sushi to real people.
After years of cooking for friends and family, she realized: “If they love it, why not the world?” So she bet on herself. NayaSushi hit the streets with one mission — serve the best-tasting sushi in Jersey, made fresh with quality ingredients, bold flavor, and island soul.
